How I help / Think. Solve. Act.

Less second-guessing.
More direction.

When the challenge crosses departments, it helps to have someone who can see the connections.

Marketing, brand, sales and customer experience rarely operate in isolation. I help you work out where the real issue sits—and what is worth doing about it.

Talk through your situation

The kinds of work

Start with the decision.
Not the deliverable.

These are useful areas to explore, not four boxes you have to squeeze your business into.

01

Marketing direction

Work out which audiences, messages and activities deserve attention—and how marketing connects to the sales conversation.

What should we focus on, and what should we stop?

02

Brand & positioning

Clarify what you stand for, who you are for and why the right customers should choose you.

Has the business moved on while the brand stayed still?

03

Opportunities & change

Explore a new offer, partnership, event or market before turning possibility into a sizeable commitment.

What needs to be true for this to work?

04

Creative & project leadership

Turn a direction into a useful brief and coordinated work, with your team and the right specialists.

Who needs to do what to move this forward?

Whose perspective is missing from the conversation?

Alongside the people making the decisions

A useful person
around the table.

Not to take over. To help you move forward.

For business owners and CEOs, that can mean a broader commercial perspective. For marketing and brand managers, it can mean experienced support, a sounding board or someone to help lead a demanding piece of work.

We start with what your organisation already knows. Then we make room for the questions that day-to-day pressure can push aside.

More perspective. Not more people to copy into every email.

The right level of involvement

Enough support.
Not more than you need.

An initial enquiry helps us establish the fit. Any paid work is scoped and agreed before it begins.

There are no published fixed packages here. The starting point is the challenge, followed by an agreed scope, fee and responsibilities.

From conversation to a shared direction

Make the thinking
useful to the room.

Different people see different parts of the same challenge. A working session creates space to hear those perspectives, identify the choices and leave with something that can actually be acted on.

The purpose is not a room full of agreement. It is a clearer decision, a reason for it and a next step.

A few fair questions

Before
we talk.

Are you a marketing agency?

GThink is led by Greg. The starting point is experienced marketing, brand and commercial thinking—not selling a particular channel or production package. Where delivery calls for other skills, we agree how your team, existing suppliers or trusted specialists should be involved.

Can you work with our existing team or agency?

Yes. The intention is to add perspective and useful support, not replace good people or create another reporting layer. Roles, decisions and responsibilities are clarified together.

Do we need a complete brief?

No. Start with the problem, opportunity or decision in front of you. A clear brief may be one of the useful things we develop together.

What does it cost?

An initial enquiry is not a commitment to paid work. Fees depend on the scope and level of involvement; any paid session or project is agreed before work begins.

Do you only work in the Barossa?

The studio is in Greenock, in South Australia’s Barossa Valley. The work has included interstate and international projects. We can discuss whether in-person, remote or a combination suits your situation.

Will you guarantee a commercial result?

No responsible conversation starts with a guaranteed result before the business is understood. We agree the purpose, priorities, scope and useful signs of progress. Outcomes also depend on the market, the offer, the decisions and the delivery.

The next useful conversation

Bring the problem.
Or the possibility.

You don’t need to tidy it up first. Tell me what’s happening, and we’ll work out whether I can help.
